1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gunato ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gunato is a free-to-play roguelite survival game developed by Gelotto. The App allows you to:

  • Play a single-player survival game with waves of enemies
  • Collect weapons and items to enhance your character
  • Track your gameplay statistics locally on your device

The App is provided free of charge with no advertisements or in-app purchases.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Gelotto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the App on your personal device
  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

4. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, including but not limited to graphics, game design, code, and audio, are owned by Gelotto or its licensors. The App contains assets from third-party creators used under license:

  • Weapon sprites from Survival Horror Weapons Pack
  • Enemy sprites from Free Field Enemies Pixel Art
  • Character portraits from Free Mythic Monsters
  • Audio from RPG Essentials Free Pack

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are our property or the property of their respective owners.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your use of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GELOTTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any errors, bugs, or viruses in the App
  • Loss of data or game progress
  • Any third-party content or services

In no event shall our total liability exceed $0 USD, as this is a free application.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gelotto and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
